By accessing or using Kling O1's AI video generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Kling O1 provides an advanced unified multimodal AI video generation service that transforms text, images, and other media into cinematic videos. Our unified video model handles text-to-video, image-to-video, video editing, transformations, and camera extensions in one continuous workflow, enabling director-level creative control.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Kling O1 provides AI video generation capabilities. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service, generate harmful or inappropriate content, or help anyone else to do so. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service.

Kling O1 operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate videos and must be purchased through our payment system. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Credits do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies.

Our service allows you to upload text, images, videos, and other media to generate AI-created videos. You retain all rights to your uploaded content, but you grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content.

You may not use Kling O1 to generate videos that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our unified multimodal AI video model or technology. Commercial use of generated videos may be subject to additional terms.

Kling O1 is an AI-powered service and may not always produce perfect results. Generated videos may contain artifacts, inconsistencies, or unexpected elements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated videos for any particular purpose, including commercial use or specific creative requirements.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Kling O1, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kling O1 regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
